Accessing Name Variants
To manage name variants:
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Select Manage Name Variants from the dropdown menu.
This will take you to the screen where you can view and add custom name variants.
Setting Up Custom Name Variants
Click Add Name Variant to create a new entry.
In the Name Variant field, enter the organization name you want to track (e.g., "ACME Corporation").
Use Positive Keywords to refine your tracking by specifying terms that should appear in the news. For example, you can include words like "healthcare" or "automation."
Use Negative Keywords to exclude unrelated content by specifying terms to filter out, such as "ethics" or "regulation."
Click Save to apply your changes.
Key Details:
You can add up to 5 custom name variants per dashboard.
Existing pre-configured name variants and keywords cannot be edited. If you need changes, contact your Client Success Manager.

Viewing Existing Name Variants
On the Manage Name Variants page, you can view all the name variants and keywords already configured for your account. This includes both pre-configured and custom variants.
Tips for Using Keywords Effectively
Use specific Positive Keywords to focus your tracking. For example, if you’re tracking a healthcare company, you might add terms like "medical devices" or "patient care."
Add Negative Keywords to filter out irrelevant news. For instance, if you’re not interested in regulatory updates, include "regulation" as a negative keyword.
Review your keywords regularly to ensure your tracking stays relevant.
