  2. Navigate to the Dashboard Settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the platform.

  3. Select Manage Dashboards from the dropdown menu.

Key Features of Dashboard Management

1. Creating New Dashboards

You can create separate dashboards to organize companies for different teams, projects, or goals.

Steps:

  1. Click the Create New Dashboard button.

  2. Name your new dashboard.

  3. Select the types of content you want to monitor (e.g., news, social posts, ads).

  4. Assign users who should have access.

  5. Save your changes.

Tip: Use descriptive names for dashboards, like "Marketing Insights" or "Competitor Ad Tracking," for easy identification.

2. Managing Existing Dashboards

Whether you need to rename a dashboard, update its settings, or delete it entirely, the management interface makes it easy.

Steps:

  1. Locate the dashboard you want to modify in the list.

  2. Click the Edit button next to it.

  3. Make your desired changes, such as:

    • Adding or removing tracked companies.

    • Adjusting filters for content types.

    • Changing user permissions.

  4. Save your changes.

Note: Deleting a dashboard is permanent and cannot be undone.

3. Assigning and Managing Users

Add or remove users to ensure the right team members have access to the right dashboards.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the User Management by clicking the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the platform.

  2. Select Manage Users from the dropdown menu.

  3. Use the search bar to find existing users or invite new ones via email.

  4. Assign dashboard(s) and digest settings.

  5. Confirm your updates.

Tip: Use the Admin role sparingly to maintain control over dashboard changes.

Best Practices for Dashboard Management

  • Keep it focused: Limit each dashboard to a specific purpose or team to avoid information overload.

  • Regularly review settings: Periodically check for outdated companies, inactive users, or redundant dashboards.

  • Leverage filters: Use advanced filters to surface only the most relevant content for your needs.

  • Collaborate effectively: Encourage team members to add comments or notes to tracked items directly within the dashboard.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues:

  • Can’t find a dashboard? Double-check your user permissions or contact your Admin.

  • Missing content? Ensure the appropriate filters and tracked companies are applied.

  • Need help? Reach out to your dedicated account manager via email, live chat, or schedule a call for personalized assistance.
