How do I export a Metrics report?

With just a few clicks, you can generate a detailed PDF report containing the most relevant news and social data for your organization.

How to Export a Report

Follow these steps to create your customized report:

  1. Navigate to the Metrics Dashboard
    Go to the Metrics Dashboard.

  2. Select Your Time Frame and Organizations

    • Use the filters to choose the desired time frame.

    • Select up to 5 organizations for your report. If more than 5 organizations are selected, the system will automatically include only the first 5 on your list.

  3. Export Your Report

    • Once your selections are set, click the yellow Export button located in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  4. Download and Review Your PDF

    • Your report will download as a PDF, featuring:

      • A summary of the selected time frame and organizations.

      • Detailed overviews of relevant news and social content.

      • Engaging charts and graphs to visualize key trends.

  • Organization Limit: If your report doesn’t include all the organizations you expected, double-check your selection. Remember, the report only includes the first 5 organizations from your list.
