What is included in the social section of Metrics?

The social section of Metrics includes key performance metrics helping you compare your company’s social media performance with competitors.

The social media section of metrics allows you to choose your time frame, organizations, social channels and metrics that you'd like included.

Social Performance Metrics

  • Likes: The total number of likes a company’s social posts have received across all platforms.

  • Comments: The total number of comments a company’s social posts have received across all platforms.

  • Views: The total number of views a company’s posts have accumulated across all platforms.

  • Shares: The total number of times a company’s social posts have been shared across all platforms.

  • Social Impact Score: A 1-100 score comparing a company’s total social impact against other companies on the dashboard taking into consideration all of their social posts.

  • Average SVI: A 1-100 score representing the level of engagement vs your own or your competitors posts (selectable via the toggle). This helps you understand how your engagement compares relative to your past performance or similar companies.

  • Audience Size: The total number of followers or subscribers of a company across all of their social media channels.

  • Engagement Score: The cumulative score of their raw engagement (likes comments and shares) for all of the social posts during the selected time period.

Social Share of Voice

  • The percentage of social media posts from a company compared to the other companies.

Top Social Posts

  • The top social media posts based on overall engagement or SVI score.
