Screenshots allows you to track changes to specific pages of websites for a more comprehensive understanding of your organizations. The homepage is tracked automatically.
Adding a New Page:
Login to Your Newslever Dashboard: https://app.newslever.com
Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Manage Screenshots" from the dropdown menu.
Add a New Webpage URL:
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Enter the URL of the new webpage.
Select the organization to which it belongs
Name the page (e.g., homepage, product page, etc.)
Click "Save" to confirm the addition
Removing a Page:
Login to Your Newslever Dashboard: https://app.newslever.com
Click the gear icon in the top right corner and choose "Manage Screenshots" from the dropdown.
Remove a Webpage:
Scroll to find the page you want to remove
*homepages cannot be removed
Click the red "delete" button next to the page
Confirm your action by clicking "Save."
Automated Screenshots and Continual Monitoring
Initial Screenshot: When a page URL is added, an initial screenshot is captured within minutes.
Weekly Checks: Newslever will automatically check the designated pages every Monday for changes, capturing screenshots accordingly.
