Generate Unique Email Addresses
You can create personalized email addresses dedicated to the organizations you're tracking. This feature opens up various opportunities for interaction, such as signing up for free quotes, webinars, demos, downloadable content, and more.
To generate a unique email address:
Log in to your Newslever account.
Navigate to the gear icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.
Select "Manage Email Tracking."
Follow the on-screen instructions to generate your unique email address.
Use the email address on that organization's website. Just be sure to check your dashboard for new emails after signing up, sometimes lists require you to click a link to confirm.
Labeling for Organization
Streamline your tracking process by applying labels to each generated email address. This functionality allows you to organize and identify the purpose of each address, whether it's for webinars, newsletters, or any specific label you choose. These labels are displayed under the email in the dashboard.
To apply labels:
Access your generated email addresses through the "Manage Email Tracking" section.
Next to the desired address type in the appropriate label and save.
Easy Access for Administrators
For Newslever administrators, creating a new email address is a breeze. Simply follow these steps:
Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.
Select "Manage Email Tracking."
