The news section of metrics allows you to choose your time frame, organizations and metrics that you'd like included.

News Performance

  • Stories: The total number of news stories published about the company.

  • Mentions: The total number of times a company is mentioned in a news article.

  • Press Releases: The total number of press releases issued by the company.

  • News Impact Score: The amount of media attention a company has received compared to the companies, on a scale of 1-100.

  • Average NVI: NVI: News Value Index (NVI) is a measure (scale of 1 – 100) of the potential importance of a news article. The score considers the topic of the article, number of similar articles (“frequency”), authority of the website and potential reach.

Share of Voice

  • The percentage of total media coverage that a company holds compared to the other companies based on reach or volume.

Top Publications

  • A list of the publications that have featured a company the most based on reach or total story count.

Top Stories

  • The most significant stories about a company based on their reach or news value index score.

Topic Cloud

  • A visual representation of the most common topics related to a company in the media.
